ABOUT US
I'm Nicole, a Licensed Aesthetician & Massage Therapist and the founder of Coastal Sol Bodywork. I believe your body is always communicating with you. Tension, discomfort, exhaustion, restlessness, and even the need to slow down can be information, not something to simply push through or fix. My approach to bodywork is intuitive, somatic, and layered. Rather than asking you to figure out exactly what technique you need, we start with what's happening in your body today and let the session respond from there. I blend therapeutic touch with somatic awareness, breath, movement, and the modalities within my training to create bodywork that meets you where you are. Every session can look a little different because your body is different every time you lay on the table. Your bodywork should be too. This is a space to slow down, get out of your head, and come back into your body. Your body is not a problem to solve. It's a source of information. CANCELLATION POLICY
A security deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations at any time will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be due. Please provide as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to another client.
